Driver went above and beyond as he insisted he open fish tank box before he left in case of damage. Just as well as one of the panes of glass was smashed (not drivers fault this is something that had been done when it was delivered to the shop on initial delivery). Driver went out of his way to source a replacement that day and get it delivered to us same day as he knew we had already been messed about a bit with getting the tank in the first place (this was suppliers fault, not couriers fault). Delivery bloke when above and beyond what I would normally expect a delivery company to do.
